GH4 Kipon adapter.

Both are active (electronic) adapters. The Kipon adapter supposedly provides AF support, the Speed Booster does not.

Just FYI, the expression is "in the cards" not "on" :). Anyhow, I'd be interested to know if Kipon would do the same for Nikon --> m4/3.

Yes, but if the cards were on the table and not marked or dealt from the bottom of the deck, so someone has an ace up his sleeve - which is as neat a card trick as the house of cards - in a gambling house that cards everyone under twenty one even in black jack ... that can get complicated (for a non-English speaker)

I'd go one step further to change 'cards' to 'works'. "In the works" is the proper expression here, meaning "planned for the future". Whereas "in the cards" refers to fate, or destiny, specifically meaning "unplanned by mere humans" which would not apply here.

All very true. But if one were to geek out on language matters, then there's another wrinkle here. Because when you use the expression incorporating "in the cards" it's almost always as a negative, as in "it's NOT in the cards" - rarely if ever will you see it used as "X is in the cards" - so in that sense, the way the poster used this expression, it was doubly or triply wrong :)

"On the cards" is common in the UK, "in the cards" is more used in the USA.

"In the works" is indeed a better term; "on the cards" is more vague, with its roots in tarot cards.

Thanks! Finally a proper answer and not some "on the cards" bollocks.

There was nothing about my reply that was "bollocks" thanks. I DID read that they are working on such an adapter. If you got off your arse and research, you too would have found the same news chump....be grateful rather than shooting down the messenger. I regret now even bothering to contribute to your lazy thread. The world is a hard enough place without the immature ego driven children in adults bodies on forums like this..... Not hard. :violin:

Better safe than sorry. For example DMW-MS2 official info stated it has stereo mode and shtogun mode, figured that shotgun mode is in mono. Turns out Shotgun mode records stereo. If I would have asked here from owners I would have known before.
The best info imo is always straight from users who have experience with the product themselves.
In that case I have used neither Kipon or Speedbooster, so the insights are useful for me.
