I'm a little late to the party but hopefully not to late. This film should really hit home for a lot of us especially since some of spend maybe 50 to 70 percent of our daily lives sucked in on these social forums. I hope to have a poster of some sort available tomorrow.

Michael Grahm seeks to elude the pressures of life through his favorite social networking forum, only to find, some networks you can't escape.

Written and directed by Lakeeba Coleman for Lifeline pictures.

Special thanks to my patient children and future writters, Ashaunti Coleman, Uriah Coleman, and Jesaiah Coleman for being my first screeners.

Thanks guys. This will be my first filmfestival to date. This film was inspired by some of my own personal dealings. It's just great that as filmmakers we can deal with real issues while making them entertaining.

I have to admit I had no idea where this one was going. But you got me and got me good. Nice job. The eyes of the girl on the bed were fantastic!

"You'd better accept me." What a fantastic line!!!! I LOVE this film! Great job!! :) I was thoroughly engaged (talking smack right along with the wife/gf).... then like "no he's not tuning her out!!!" hahahahahahaha Great work. :)

Thanks stillguerrillafilms. glad you liked it. Yeah I think my actor Chad Eric Smith delivered that line well.

This was quite good. I was a little confused as to what was real and what was not after the ending but I think I got it. Acting was good, especially the lead. His look at the end was spot on. Editing was nice as well.

The only real critique I have is the ADR. I'm assuming it was all ADR? Either that or the sync is off. It really stood out for me.

Nice job!

Yeah all adr, not my choice but time restraints wouldn't allow anything else. I plan on polishing the adr next month as I would like to take this through other festival circuits. Glad you liked it and thanks so much for the feed back.

Hey there Reem, I really enjoyed this film i rank it up there among my favourites for this festival. It had something to say about society and interwove it into a unique villain with a unique set of powers (and callous indifference) to the real world. This could certainly be expanded upon. It looked nice, was well performed, and actually the ADR didn't stand out remarkably for me. I particularly liked the bleak blue lit bedroom scenes and the grim attack his wife/gf suffers. The scene at the end and the finishing line caught me by surprise and was delightfully creepy. Excellent short film :)

As a late and first entry this is the big surprise of the fest. I thought it all worked very well: good story, good acting, great cinematography and a punchy ending accompanied by that wicked smile. And, moreover, if you did this in a hurry at the last moment you deserve every compliment you get. I didn't notice the adr until I saw it mentioned above and although I can see it needs a little work I wouldn't worry about it too much. A really good entry.

I like this one - really good acting and a clever story. I loved the twist at the and his smiling was hilarious! Compliments for this entry and much luck for the competition.

Thanks everyone for taking time out to check my film. I've learned so much from this site. I do think once find time I will expand on this concept as it seems like our addiction to virtual networking has become an epidemic.

First the acting between the guy and gal in park - SPOT ON. Very organic, very real, could be see on television or any production. Second actress was a little stiff which made him recite his lines more than act them. Not sure what happened to the gal in the bed, I didn't really get that, but definitely the pm on the doc's phone for friend's request, spot on creepy. You have many good things working for you on this one.
