ive checked and they seem to be worth around 1800 for the set
 
Oh no that is a horrible deal.... give me the sellers information and I will contact him/her directly and let them know that they are a bad person!!!! TRUST ME!!! :evil:

Just kidding of course. Yeah, that is a good deal.
 
my $1800 for the set doesn't sound too far off right? I checked on ebay and added them all up. The lenses are in perfect condition. they barely looked used. i gotta convince my dad to let me borrow 150 to buy em.
 
you said you've looked at the lenses... Does this mean you have seen them in person, and that the transaction will be made locally (in person)?

If the price seems like a "steal", it just might end up being one (as in, you get ripped off in some way)... so, a little extra caution and homework on your part would not be a bad thing if this will not be a face to face transaction.
 
yea i saw them in real life and it is a seller that lives near me. went into a camera shop yesterday and he was gonna sell them to them. They offered him 375 and told him they were pre ai lenses. they are definitely ais though.
