I Confused Myself - Which Adapter Do I Need?

I'm looking at buying a used Nikon Nikkor 85mm 1.8D http://www.nikonusa.com/Nikon-Products/Product/Camera-Lenses/1931/AF-NIKKOR-85mm-f%2F1.8D.html

Can I use the $15 Kawa Nikon F --> EOS Adapter I bought off eBay? Or do I need a different adapter altogether?

Nikon has had the same mount since the 60s, so you should be fine. The only question is if you want to be able to use the focus confirmation through AF points in your camera's viewfinder. For that, you need to get an adapter with AF confirm. Fotodiox makes a good one, and they sell on ebay.
