i work for an online content company... though i'm not involved that much with getting content up and out there, i have seen enough streaming video to know what is working and what is not. co-worker had hulu up full screen on his 15" macbook. quality is probably the best i've seen. color me impressed.

The quality is amazing, but how can this be legal?
Mark Harris
Pain in the ass
it is legal. They sell ad space. I heard about it on NPR this morning.

I've owned them three times. Someone swiped one. Another one got left somewhere and lost. The third one got eaten by a dog(not mine)

It's an NBC/Newscorp venture.
I was in the beta and it seems pretty cool. They've got some great movies too. Big Lebowski, Usual Suspects...
No full SNL episodes though.

What if you guys use some sort of proxy? Would that work?

Horse - Just tried using an anonymous proxy and it wouldn't show the viewer, only the videos available.
But that's ok. Simon and I will just live vicariously through all of you. So enjoy the free entertainment! We'll just be over on YouTube getting Rick Roll'd.
