I'm ready to go!
The mac-mini is HDMI-ed up to the 55inch LED screen! :happy:
I'm even thinking of inviting a few friends and having a viewing party!
 
Luis Im assuming you want a serious reply at some stage :p

Ill be taking all the entries and dropping them into a FCP timeline then on my pana pro plasma. Ill conform all the 25fps efforts to 24 first.

Then I can sit back on my client couch and watch them in comfort :)

and I'm assuming you still want your clients to sit on that same couch after the fest. alrighty then! hahaha!
 
We're actually making the fest our screening party. All the cast and crew are coming over, and we will watch all the entries on the big screen.

Don't make concrete plans. Sometimes things happen and the big reveal gets delayed. Also the site could get hammered. I tend to set my system to download and then watch the next day.
 
Yeah, we set the date for the 18th - I hope that will give enough time to get any issues srted out.

Same... and additional friends/family are coming to join us too. We did it for MonsterFest and had a blast!
 
Probably at 4am before everyone wakes up. Depends if I sleep that day or not. I watch then give my two cents and then I watch some more and give more cents. I may not make sense, but some cents are given away...
 
I'm making 35mm prints and watching them at a rented theater.

Oh wait, I'm poor. I forgot.

I'll be watching on my home computer. :)
 
We're planning a viewing party of all movies on our big-screen TV courtesy the iPad (LOL)... we did it for MonsterFest and it was so much fun to get lots of wings, lots of beer and sit around and watch all the films.

Do you think all the films will be up by then for viewing by Saturday? Just trying to make plans so I know when to invite people over... so far they all want to come Saturday! Is it realistic to plan for that?
 
Well, the upload window is closed and it's only Thursday so I say this thing should be ready to go for Saturday, what do you think?
 
home theater :D!

Will have the cast and crew come by to enjoy all of your films on my 120" home cinema :D

...probably straight off of the laptop to the screen, seems like the easiest way to do it.
