Thanks.

I have about half of it shot, about 75% of that half is edited with sound design.
Hoping to shoot the rest next week. I should know if that is going to happen tomorrow.

Nice storyboards! I like your drawing style, very detailed for storyboards. Why don't you usually do them? (Like I can talk, I usually storyboard one scene then go, eh, forget it, it's all in my head).

Sorry for be off topic in your thread but you really need to convert every story board to your style then sell them as an iBook in the iPad store. Outstanding man!

I'm sure Apple would pay you to convert them to your style for an iPAd educational story board book for creative people / indies to read.

Keep up the good work man!

Thanks.

Here are some pics I snapped while checking out the location today. Looks promising.

I'll have to move some stuff out of the way here and there but I think it will work for what I need.

Inspiring location shots! And interesting history to boot.
Thanks!

I just want everyone to know that I had Russ (conlanforever) give my script a swift kick in the arse.
So much so that he's reworked the last act and it's far more effective.

I can't wait to shoot it next week.

At first I had Russ down as a script consultant but I'll credit him as a co-writer in the credits after all the help he's given me. Can't thank him enough. One of the many things that makes this site so great is the community.

Cheers,

Chip... dude... why don't you just breakdown and get a job with Apple, you're already the #1 fanboy!
...Or you could go work for Foxconn in China assembling the stuff for $130.00 a month....yes, $130.00 a MONTH. (Ch-CHING!)

But I digress....

Sorry Michael... lovin' the way this is coming together & looking forward to the final film!

Mike...This film I'm really looking forward to watching! As you know I'm a huge fan and love everything you do!

Good Luck Sir

sick!

man you must be lovin the rebel, your colors are so nice i would almost say no need for CC.

love the gun in the second frame, is that a bb gun? did you modify it?

Dammit Michael, every time you post more pictures I get more jealous. I get the impression you're doing small bits of shooting here and there rather than devoting a continuous chunk of time. Are you editing in parallel with the shooting? Are you close to wrapping up photography now? I'm really excited to see this film.

Thanks, guys.

I think I'm about 90% done with photography. Maybe a few establishing shots and I'm finished.
I've edited the first scene that I showed grabs for previously. Now I'm working on tonight's stuff, the bulk of the movie. Had to shoot it in about 3 hours tonight as we had to be out of there.

Still lots to do. Especially with sound design.

Thanks for checking in.
