Hi
100Mbps is the maximum bit-rate we would see from/to the media card and not the average video bit-rate, so 100Mbps is the exception not the norm. 80Mbps sounds about right as an average, and of course it depends on the scene and how good the encoder is at finding redundancy. Note it is possible to see bit-rates in access of the maximum, sometimes considerably so as some software reporting bit-rate will report on the maximum data-rates seen from the video buffer, rather than the media. The video buffer being a small amount of memory in the decoder that can buffer data read from the card at normal speed and store it to provide a much higher peak than is otherwise possible for a complex scene.
I've checked an All-Intra 200Mbits/sec 1080P file from the GH4 and that shows a bit-rate of 195Mbps with a maximum of 211Mbps. Note I'm using MediaInfo, other software can vary what they report. All-Intra will be at the top bit-rate for the majority of footage as each frame is encoded separately.
Regards

Nope. I'm averaging 80Mbps in 4K UHD mode too. The same for 1080p 200Mbps mode. I have subjects in shallow focus with a slow shutter and a very flat picture profile though. Perhaps a more focused, detailed, colorful shot would really stress the codec's bitrate?
