Simulator has its drawbacks and reality for sure is hard.

I intended to practice again. The problem with the simulator is that just flying the thing is too easy, but losing sight of it is even more easy. It's hard to fly straight lines because of that. You can't just "walk" along. So I hardly get a good look and feel by using that. In reality the problem is you can hardly fly just above the ground because of the wind generated by the heli itself. I should have put the heli on GPS Hold as well, when it was up in the air. That would have made it all (look) a lot easier.

It seems you need to practice on a simulator more before you go out again. And then just practice flying before you try to attach a camera. Nobody just buys a quad and starts flying. You have to practice just getting 3 inches off the ground and moving left and right etc. Slow down!
