they do ship on saturdays but most businesses don't do that because it costs more so it will come on monday 2 more days to wait. i called ups to see if i could just go pick it up since it is the next town over but they said they couldn't allow that and it has to be shipped to the address. sorry everybody we'll have to wait for monday.

Ordered on June 25th from L.L.Lozeau in Montreal (Canada), received the camera yesterday! Yeah! One of their employees told me this shipment will entirely go to people who pre-ordered the camera. I guess cameras are starting to trickle in...

I emailed iBuy late Friday night to tell them I needed a camera by August 6th or else. They emailed a tracking number back to me and told me my order had shipped...


...the tracking number was for the PAL camera I'm sending back to them.

I think you are getting his story confused with the others. He purchased from a known grey market dealer, doesn't matter what he purchased, it's who he purchased from that is giving him the trouble. Whereas everyone else who purchased from an authorized, legit vendor, those are the GH1 order/delivery process stories.

Everyone knows better than to buy from a grey market seller, but some people just can't help themselves and took the chance. If I recall, others did warn him.

its NTSC!!! got it guys. stuff all looks legit. i don't have another camera so i have to wait to take pics of it. went home from work early and it was waiting for me in my backyard where i told UPS to place it. can't wait to get my hands dirty. have a big shoot the next 2 days that i want to use it for then i head to iceland for 2 weeks of vacation. more later!
