I can't speak to what would "wow" you, but the GH5 could not capture those scenes without either clipping the sky, or rendering the foreground a noisy, shadowy, mess. The usable dynamic range and codec are a noticeable step-up.While that was nice footage, it didn't "wow" me over anything I've seen from the GH5.
Sensor choice is just one variable out of the many factors that determine final picture quality. Canon, Panasonic and Sony could (and have) all used the same Sony sensor from time to time, and yet come away with demonstrably different images.
The BMPCC4K delivers an image quite different from a GH5(s).
Apparently they used up to 10,000 iso. All looks superb.
