First round end?

[SuperEgo Saxton]

Does the first round end today?

Will we find out the places of those who didn't make it to the finals?

[ASchear]

I think it ends at 1 PST today and then we find out the finalists tomorrow.

"Once the first round of rating closes, we will review and verify the results and in the same day announce a to-be-determined number of films that will be designated "Finalists"."

Cool... there's still time to review all the films & comment in their threads....in case you've missed someone.

[zucked]

anyone know when the next festival theme is typically announced?

When the winners of this fest are announced...or a day or two after....

[Charli]

Sweet Lord I'm not finished watching them yet!!!!

Oh no, is it true, it's over at 1pm today? I didn't watch the top half of the films! Oh no, no, no, no.

Anyway it can be by end of today?

[Hawk Teflon]

Sooo ... how's everyone doing?

[Ryan P. Kelly]

aside from checking for a list of finalists every 5 minutes since 1:30pm yesterday...oh just fine How are you doing Hawk?

[Hawk Teflon]

Ha ha! Me too!

Doing very well. Just working on a script for an upcoming shoot.

[Chris_Keaton]

Is thing over yet?

Hey Hawk, if you need a review shoot the script my way. Heck, I'll extend this offer to anyone (within reason). The most critical feedback is best given during the script phase when you can fix things before they are set in film, but I'm sure you knew that.

[Hawk Teflon]

I will! But not on this one. This is a script for a museum walkthrough. Kinda different.

[Dustin R. Rogan]

this fest keeps going...and going...zzzzz

today?

Yeah, having everyone die at the end of that may be awkward.

[Hawk Teflon]

It's a history piece, so everyone already died.

[Hawk Teflon]

Maybe today is the day!

[Ryan P. Kelly]

Anyone get word on whats going on?

[Lynchenstein]

Anyone get word on whats going on?

This is just a rumor. But due to the awesomeness of all entries (except mine, natch) the admins have decided to make this a year-long vote. And they're inviting the Internet!

[Hawk Teflon]

Inviting the internet?! NOOO! I can just imagine it now:

"LOLWUT?!"
"This is so fake and gay."
"awesome!!!11!"
"tutorial, plz"

[Ryan P. Kelly]

You forgot:

"FIRST!!!!"
