Fast wide-angle for GH1(3)

Looking for prime lenses at or below 20mm (preferably), max aperture of no less than f/2.0. Any lens type as long as it can be adapted to the GH1 without loss in optical quality. I know of the 20mm 1.7 pancake lens -- I'm looking more for older lenses in other mounts: Canon FD, Nikon, etc

I know C-mount wide angles can be had for very cheap, but I've read that vignetting renders them unusable at 1080p. At what focal length does this vignetting become negligible (roughly)?

Thanks in advance everyone

20/1.8 Sigma, 24/1.4 Canon FD

The rest might be Leica territory.

If you don't mind renting for an important production, a PL mount + Superspeed rental can get you to ultra wide at T1.3 specs.

In my experience, vignetting with most c mounts is mild to nonexistent starting at around 25mm and up using 16 x 9 aspect ratio.

Have you thought about a great 30mm 1.4

Have you thought about a great 30mm 1.4

Wide angles has been talked to death in the "GH1 Hardware, Lenses, etc." section

like the Sigma, always cheep used on e-bay and a good quality 0.5 converter, century or the like. At these resolutions the converters wont even be noticed on a prime lens. 24 1.4 by Canon and Nikon are out there but are mega bucks.

Remember theres also a 17mm 2.8 Olympus pancake that af's on the GH1 and its effectively a 30mm f2.8 on the GH1?

Also, Panasonic has announced they will be releasing a fast 14mm prime. I can't remember exactly HOW fast, but the info is out there somewhere. Another option is to get a Nikon adapter with aperture control and get the Tokina 11-16mm zoom with Nikon mount (f/2.8). Everyone who has used it seems to think it's simply amazing. I hope to get one some day.
