Darkening Sea.

As per usual I will be working Ryan Kelly on something we hope will be a little different and a lot of fun.

We have some new toys and we havn't done a short film since Ryan's Warfest entry "The Light Once Captured" so I'm sure we'll have something good to add to the Fest.

Ocean is never lonely. Just think of how many get lost at sea... Good luck! May you and Ryan kick it!
 
So we will not be submitting this year. An unforseen problem with the boat last week prevented completion of a couple of key scenes. The film was about 75% complete and the folks have committed to finishing once the boat is repaired but we'll obviously miss out submitting here. I wish we had more BTS because we could probably cut that together being the real horror is filming on the water.

All in all it could have gone a lot worse, no major gear loss during the shoot and the only person that went overboard was me while chasing a case full of SD cards. Humourously the case and the cards were both waterproof. Apparently part of it can be seen in some footage from the drone we had. Might try to throw a piece of a death scene up. Ryan shot this in 4K so we have some really nice looking footage.
