comform 7d files in MPEG strealclip

Hello, I have to convert 7D 25fps clips to 23,97. I have Final Cut but I dont have the cinema tools app. I heard I can use the MEPG converter. I did already transfer the files to prores 422. Do I have to go from the original files? what would be the process to comform MEPG?

How do you have FCP without Cinema Tools? It's been bundled with FCP since version 4.

Just install Cinema Tools using your original install DVDs.
