set AF to "off" and mag. will work while recording.
Did you actually try this? My friend who has the C300 MKII says this procedure doesn't work.

Here is a video we recently finished up for a custom built car that debuted last week at the SEMA auto show. We used a C300 Mark II, XC10, and an Inspire 1. We really liked the C300 Mark II and the auto focus feature was amazing!

IMHO the image quality of the C300mk2 camera is good enough that the economical sweet spot for accessorizing includes the Graticule and an Odyssey7Q.)
Are you saying that this would lead to higher rates, better and bigger assignments? Or are you saying that comparably good image quality in rival cameras would cost you much more?

Thanks everyone - We appreciate all the kinds words!Very nice work!
yap, they just work...periodWhile the C300II looks awesome in the car video, the XC10 and Inspire X3 held it's weight and added a great tool set to telling this story.
Good video. 3 cameras that take a big beating in the interweb that you guys prove are awesome tools.

I'm super annoyed that you can't select ISO, Shutter Speed, and WB by pressing in the joystick on the C300 Mark II, and instead have to reach around to the side of the camera to select them. I realize you couldn't do this on the C300 Mark I, but you can on the C100 Mark I & Mark II which is a lot quicker way of changing settings so I assumed that would just have been added to the C300 Mark II.
Is there a menu setting that can enable this, or do we have to wait for a possible firmware update which may never happen?
