Your BTS looking very interesting, but this paintings giving your film a very particulary note! This one where one of your actors, I think it is the main character, makes the same expression like the painting of himself behind him, is really my favourite one.

Hey I've just scratched the surface of this thread for the first time, today but seems like a very interesting project and certainly a great thread.
we go back and forth on allowing the thread before competition, the argument for not having them would be to keep the fest focused on the films rather than hype.
but we come down on the side of having them ultimately for two reasons: 1) pimping is part of being a filmmaker and good to have experience with 2) at their best these threads are an exchange of hard information about filmmaking itself.
Your thread definitely seems like a great example of the latter - will definitely be coming back when I have a little bit more time and will catch up in depth!
Looking forward to seeing your work!
$1000 over budget!Blog update...Sept. 25
Not much to report in the aftermath of production... Wes returned the truck and the equipment... it looks like were gonna be about $1000 over budget... ouch... I FedEx'ed one of the drives to Dayn (in Alaska) so he can start editing.. dont worry.. we're backed up - Wes has a drive and I have a drive. Pickups in downtown LA on sunday. That'll be fun. Should be a nice change of pace to do some guerilla shooting after the madness of a full blown production. Stay tuned.. I'll update when there's more to report..
