The book status is listed on the website as "ready to bind"... which is pretty cool, that means that all the pages have been printed!
The DVD goes into replication tomorrow.
Looks like I probably won't have all the materials back and be able to start shipping right on Oct. 31, it might slip a few days. I'll keep the board posted as to the progress. But it's kind of a cool feeling, it's now completely out of my hands and up to the manufacturers...
I think the forum would get actively busy immediately after everyone gets the book....with so much food for thought...there should be lot more reflections... 8) ;D
I would order in a second if you accepted VISA or Firepay, since I'm involved in a lawsuit against Paypal and I'm too lazy to do a snail mail money order ;/
I had a merchant account that let me accept credit cards back when I put on a convention. But they kept raising and raising and raising fees, to the point where it was costing like $85 per month, so I let it lapse.
Never heard of Firepay...
There's always Bidpay, which is a Western Union money order you can order off the Internet. I think it costs like $5 to send it though...
Just a reminder, the special pre-sale price is about to expire. If you want to get the lower pre-sale price, you have to order by midnight 10/31/04. After that it goes to the regular $69.95.
There is no link to purchase this. I would love to order mine, but where it says order now, there is nothing to click. Please let me know how I can get mine!!!

Not sure what the issue with the link is... the link is on the paypal buttons at the bottom of this page: http://www.dvxuser.com/articles/dvxbook/
I don't know why you're not seeing it. That's weird. Well, you could just directly e-mail the purchase price, shipping cost, and shipping address to "dvxbook at dvxuser.com" and it would accomplish the same thing.
That's weird though -- it's there when I view the page, don't know why you don't see it...
