Sorry I missed to express the most important feelings:
Thank you very much Barry, Jarred and all those who made this dvd/book a reality. In fact (I think) everyone of us remains indebted to all of you, speciall Berry Green, who has been such a force to inject creativity in so many members across this board. This book is the biggest proof.
And thank you for being so considerate with the price of this whole package. Its awesome.

I'm new here. Howdy all. Yes, this looks great. Any chance of purchasing using money order? I will not use PayPay as I am part of a class action lawsuit against them.

There are some differences, but not that many. Mainly in the frame rates (25P/50i vs. 24P/24PA/30P/60i) and in the SETUP menu option. Other than that, I'm not entirely sure how many differences there are, but I tried to address all the differences and make the book appropriate for PAL users as well.
The DVD is not PAL-compatible however, it's NTSC only, so you'd need to play it in an NTSC-compatible DVD player on an NTSC-compatible set, or play it on a computer DVD-ROM player and watch it on the computer screen.
