Banners? Shirts?

Anyone with some time and the inclination to post up some banners for ScareFest?

890x100 for the main page

Can also use 700x80 in some of the sub-forums.

468x60 for anyone who wants to have a sig sized one to pimp the fests...

any banners submitted here, anyone is free to use for their own promotion if they like. I'll pick (or by informal vote in this thread) a few and put them on the site here.

There will be a small prize to one of the submissions.

DVXFest ScareFEST specific shirts anyone? Have to have dvxuser.com on there somewhere (doesn't have to be big or anything). if someone makes a good enough design that there is consensus on, I'll price a small run locally for the fest entrants and get some made up. we usually used AAA brand (Alstyle Apparel) t-shirts for our stuff back in the day. I pretty much wear one every day, and they've held up nicely... free to all (good faith) entries of ScareFest.

thoughts? banners? shirt designs?
 
yeah. still have that one planned too... just thought it'd be cool to do something specific to this fest for all the hardcore fest folks.

OK so I made some banners, i made all 3 sizes, but when i upload them to dvxuser they appear smaller than their actual size. I know this has been covered before, but how do i get them to display correctly? Same with uploading posters for our movies. Great site design by the way, but i wish jpegs would appear as they should when you upload them.

Not sure. I think uploading them to DVXuser is different than linking them to a URL outside.
When you upload them you get a smaller size. Click it, you get the actual size.

I'll check later tonight when I'm on my PC.
 
OK i get it, if you click the banners i posted, they open up to the actual size. Still seems unnecessary, uploading jpegs should just appear in the thread as actual size. That's how it used to be years ago here. Anyways, rant complete.
 
i like a few of these. thanks guys. going to go ahead and use a couple so we can promote the fests a bit on the site.

Haven't picked a winner yet. figure we'll leave it open to submissions for a while longer and then we can do an informal poll or something to pick the fave for the prize.
