'Aetas' - an Epic Medieval Tale

I can't wait to see this.

That has become a very common thing to say on these threads, but this will probably be the first one I watch. Your banner is doing its job.

Wow, Janusz is incredibly versatile. I really liked the stop motion short film "Florentijn" on his site. I have no idea who the character Serapis is but it looks like Janusz will bring a really great "flavor" to the role. Looks like you guys are doing something special here and I am going to put this one at the head of my que.

Thanks Herman! Janusz is going to rock the film as Serapis.

Mark, Serapis is that character who wears the helmet :-).

Herman has done an awesome job finding us someone to really complete this movie!!

This looks like an awesome project your working on. And I have to agree with you, your actress looks like Eva Green. Can't wait to see this one.

Whilst diggin through my footage I found a fun capture where I pointed my Red out the front of the car as we drove out to the Alvord desert location! Nothing like almost 20 miles of gravel roads to drive on!

LOL... and that's not a dirty SLR he's shooting with. The windshield was in pretty bad shape bug-wise after the long drive. :)

And thanks Herman for all you're doing! I can't wait to hear Janusz's finished lines. I'm also REALLY looking forward to your score for this.

Lol, that sure looks funny out of context. Beneath my feet is the enormous cape I had custom made out of the Ukraine for this piece. It's a massive cloak made from black wool. It looked a bit too 'new' so I laid it down and then, using my hands, broke up a ton of desert dirt and rubbed it in good to make the cape look worn. It worked surprisingly well.

Shawn,

This looks awesome and epic! I'm looking forward to seeing how you make something that looks this good fit into a six minute film.

Can't wait!

Wow, wow, wow!!! I just got the voice over recordings of Serapis by Janusz, as recorded by Herman. This is incredible stuff!! Herman, Janusz, you two really nailed this!
