About ND Filters...

Are those ND cheap filters that one can find on Ebay any good?

If not, which could be a good recommendation. But please, not to expensive as Tiffen.

Age-old advice is that you never want to cheap out on anything that goes in front of the lens.

I say just get a Fader ND on ebay ...a big one like 77mm...and use step down rings to use on any lens u have. One ND filter for the price of many.

Ok I've been looking around but I can't find a link ...where do you purchase the stepdown rings. and will one filter do it all I got the 50mm f1.8 and the 28-135mm canon lenses ?
