Does anyone have any experience mixing HDV footage (specifically 24p from an HV40) and DVCPRO HD or Apple ProRes together in FCP 6? Does it work in the multiformat timeline? I have an upcoming project that might make use of both formats. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We're shooting a short on the DVX later in the summer, and we'd like to have easy playback capability through a Powerbook and FCP. Does anyone know if you can record onto tape and simultaneously be capturing in FCP? It would be fantastic to be able to do this! Thanks- much appreciated, Jesse
