HPX vs HMC in low light

I've read the posts on the HVX200A vs HPX sharpness, but I do have a question regarding the HMC vs HPX for low light shooting situations. Since the HMC is higher res at 720 and it has a 1920x1080 codec, does that translate to it capturing more information in low light shooting situations, i.e., because you're actually capturing more info?

Does anyone have any experience with the HMC vs HPX in low light? Which is better?

Which of the codecs is easier to "push" in post with regard to brightness, etc.?

Or is the difference so minute you'd never know?

Thanks, any insight is appreciated.
