How are people exporting screen grabs (aka. still frames) from thier footage. I've tried final cut pro quicktime conversion but that leaves it 4x3 then I tried the Movie to Picture in quicktime pro but that made it extremely rough edged like it wasn't antialiased or something. Lol this...

Just found out that if you run out of disk space the new final cut pro will show you that clips have been imported when they havn't. The little dot fills in showing the file is imported but when you open the file its only like 20KB.
