where can you get those clamp lights in Australia, also where can i buy just a light socket (just the socket and cord to plug in to the wall) so i can put it in the china ball?

I started with acvhd, and exported from after effects as DNxHD, when i go to import into premiere cs4 there is no preset option to create a sequence, with the right specifications, and when i go to make my own there is no option for DNxHD. I'm on windows vista 32 bit. any suggestions?
