I used to come here all the time, way back when I first got into this, when I knew absolutely nothing. YEARS later, and I have a feature film in REDBOX (shot on GH2) and many other streaming outlets and retailers, and dozens of shorts etc. In short, I've learned a lot and I've been busy. I've...

I'm looking for someone who can help me with removal of some reflections in a few seconds of a shot in a teaser for a new project I am working on that we are planning on releasing this coming Sunday. My normal VFX guy has been so busy with his 9-5 lately that he just hasn't been able to knock...

I'm in a pickle! I exported a file last night in premiere with the blu ray h.264 preset. it gave me two files.. m4v and ac3 audio. I tried to burn it in Encore, but Encore is not working for some reason. I've been messing with it all night, and I don't have time now to contact support for...

I've been using Encore, but wanted to try something else.. unless Encore is the best there is. Any alternatives?

I'm in need of a VFX artist who can do a small (It might be difficult, I'm not sure) edit ONE part of ONE scene. I'm not sure the amount of frames. I can send you the clips. I need an item removed from the scene. I need it done before March 13th if possible. I can't offer much at this time but...

I learned most of my lighting skills from drawing. It's just shaping light. Knowing where the light is being motivated from etc. I could care less what kinds of lights they used, because knowing what type of light does what is more important. A soft light is a soft light and a hard light is a...

I'm looking more for placement of lights.

Particularly the phone conversation with the girls in the blueish room. I'm shooting something similar next weekend.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZRFyUk64GI

This is the trailer for our entry that will screen next weekend in Atlanta. Shot with 3 GH2's and a set of Chinon lenses.

Because I want to enter!

I have a weird dilemma... let me give you some back story.. 2012 I was shooting a feature film. I cast an actress from NC, and as part of the deal I agreed that her friend, and his mom come along. They agreed to help on crew as he was a film maker/composer himself. He was a big help, and the...

So here's the dealio. I've been working on this feature for over 2 years now. We wrapped quickly, and I edited it quickly. It got sent off to a composer... (a young guy who was really good..) He had worked on set as a PA one night when I used one of his friends in the film as talent. He seemed...

Blackflight Studios needs a composer to score music for our short film for the Atlanta 48hr film project. We just wrapped, and our composer has gone Awol. We need some score written in the next 12 hours. I can give you more details if you email me (azmyth@gmail.com) or add me on facebook...

I want to get 2-3 small cameras to record a live indie wrestling event locally with. I need something fairly low budget, but that would yield good results. Any suggestions?

Ok, despite the awkward wording. I have a love scene to shoot this weekend. I'm acting in it, and I don't have a DP, because while there is no nudity in the scene shown it may require her to actually be close to if not nude. I normally DP, and none of the DP's we wanted to use (whom we are ok...
