Burning a BLU ray fast!

I'm in a pickle! I exported a file last night in premiere with the blu ray h.264 preset.
it gave me two files.. m4v and ac3 audio.

I tried to burn it in Encore, but Encore is not working for some reason. I've been messing with it all night, and I don't have time now to contact support for Adobe.
Is there anything else I can download/buy that will burn this for me and play in a blu ray player? I have to have this done TODAY.

Any help is appreciated! I don't have time to export as anything else as it will take 8 hours or so to do.
 
I'd get off of disc and start looking at standalone player solutions. USB into a playback deck or laptop is the easier way to go.
 
This is what the theater requires. I have the option of DVD, Blu ray or DCP. I finally got encore working, so I think I'm good.
