THIRST- A Matt Sconce Film

Matt,

I'm sorry to hear that - if and when you want to get going on it again, and need any help - feel free to get in touch. Your entry will be missed. But please - stick around to forums. :)

-Matt

Matt... you better stick around the forums! I count on learning a bunch of stuff from you... don't leave me (and hundreds of others) hanging...we count on you and the talent you bring.

No one ever said life was easy (I could tell you stories). Sometimes it's good to take a step back, relax a bit & reflect on all the things we have to be thankful for.

Hang in there man...have faith...we need you here!

This is sad news. I got your email but didn't realize it was this severe. I have been there, man, except my pull out post was much longer than it needed to be. I do hope you can get this done and if you do remember I am just a short hop away! :)

Hey, Matt! OMG, man, I just read your post. I was really looking forward to yours, but I totally understand where you're coming from and what you're going through. Just remember though, you've got talent and creativity. Not just anybody can come up with the idea and story that you had for this project. Hope to see you around here and don't ever stop making films!!

You're probably just burnt. take some time off. I know after timefest, I had to relax for a bit before getting juiced for my new project.

Yeah I'm pretty burnt out too. It's been a tough month for me. I appreciate your offer for helping with Troy's film! It's just the low part of the roller coaster ride right now. We'll be on our way up the next section in no time, we just have to stay on the ride! BESIDES we can't get up because they squish you in the seats and lock you in!

Well,
I have offcially run out of steam, and cannot take any more steam away from what little I have to devote to THIRST. I am pulling out of the fest and possibly the project. Perhaps I will pick it up again in a couple of months. I guess it depends on how life is going. I appreciate the support all of you gave given and I am sorry for the excitement and un-met expectations. I wish you all the best and will hopefully be around the forums a little bit. Sincerely, Matt Sconce
I missed this! Sorry, man. I was looking forward to this.

Take care,

Mike

Well, If any of you are interested in folded Damascus Steel Katanas, I am having to sell mine. Check it out:

and

I'd rather one of you have it than a stranger. Anyway...See you all soon. I am off to sell more things. -Matt

I'd love to buy that sword from you, but can't trust actors with real weapons, Dunno how you did it.

Sorry you had to pull out dude. Take care and maybe take some more time and just get it done anyway, even if it's not for the fest. That's a tact that I'm having to take with one of my other projects (the musical) and I think it will be better for it.

Well besides Helping Troy and Shane on the shoot, I have been hard at work getting a new illusion I created for marketing. The link has been in the cafe but I will put it here until 5PST when it will be removed. The password is illusion Enjoy as this is the last time this will be seen until it is released.

Well, my Mad Scientist Father has been engineering a Giant Crane that will have the capability to move on the X and Y axis for future endeavors. We will use it on Thirst and hopefully some other Fresnan projects. Here is a picture of it. i think he made it for about 120.00
