if you multicam XA10 with one or more XA10's or with with other Canon cameras this post is for you please?

hi all, im ready to make the move to a couple Canon XA10's as my primary camera mixed/cut with the Canon HF M40 as a third/b-roll camera for broadcast, web, and optical media, but i have some last questions if you will.

here's my questions . . . can anyone comment on multicam cutting/grading of the Canon XA10 cameras answering the following:

- how do the cameras white balance together?
- and relative to white balance is it easy to get them balanced together in custom?
- do the colors mix/grade well properly?
- do you have to often grade the cameras in post to get them color matched?
- are the "program-auto" modes pretty usable or are they a joke?
- how to the cameras cut with other cameras (i.e., D60, 5DM2, 7D, T2/3/4i, etc.)?

background (if you need it) . . i have formerly used xha1s's with an hv40 as my camera arsenal and have sold the primary business and all its' respective equipment. i now want to have a semi-retirement business to shoot one or two tv shows, about 3-5 weddings a year, and about 3-5 events, plus a few commercials and infomercials plus several documentaries. i want light weight, small, easy to carry, easy to set up, easy to use, HD cameras and gear. ive selected the XA10 for the professional qualities and feature set listed on the camera at B&H's website. i am ready to move on the camera suggesting to myself that it is THE camera for the small amount of what i want to do while not giving up optics and feature set. lastly, all my cinema work will be done on a canon 5dm2 and 7d with all E glass optics and may on the odd occasion get cut with one or more of the XA10's. btw, as an fyi, i am NOT looking for a big foot print, large totally controllable camera with more dials and switches than i can probably even remember where they are let alone what they do, i like menu's (like on my canon 5dm2 and 7d) and so the XA10 seems to fit my fancy.

with the listed questions and the brief background above, please tell me all you can about these Canon XA10's regarding usage, white balance fixing, and color grading. you may post here to help others and if you feel you have a lot of information to pass on to me and want to avoid a long post PLEASE feel free PM me as I really want to know all I can about the XA10 before making this last plunge into HD cameras.

Yes i will be interested if my XA10s footage will cut with my GH2s,i doubt it,i had a 550D the same as the T2i once and i think Canon DSLR footage will cut more acurately to the XA10,you have used G10s so should have some idea as the footage is the same as the XA10s.
