Which presets are the most popular these days?

Ive been stuck on TRUCOLOR (love it) and have used Vivid RGB for one project.

What do you guys use? Is there a preset that allows you to do minimal color correction if you are in a hurry to export it out?
 
user "Someday" has created a series called VISION, which are popular, and go from VISION01-07....i've been using 07 recently and find i only want basic CC...here's a clip...

the PANAVISION presets are great too, and i used them on a few other clips on my Vimeo...hope you like!

get into the Preset forum for the A1 here, those guys work hard to give us the newest presets!

Nice. Man I love that new one that he just recently came out with....its a mixture of Vision and the Panavision (i believe). Beautiful colors. Thanks for the help!
 
I LOVE the Panalook preset, it's an older one that's been around for a while. It gives me gorgeous footage everytime lol.

which preset do you guys use when filming with a 35mm adapter? i remember trying one called "FANAFILM" (if I remember correctly) and it was ok but am always looking for something with maybe a little more 'pop'
 
search for PFVision...it's a combo between Panavision/Vision presets...the name thing is getting out of hand hahaha
 
here's a question for you guys: how do you get downloaded presets onto the sd-card without a usb sd-card drive?

you can't. usb card readers are probably one of the cheapest things you can buy these days. just look on ebay.

whoa, had no idea they were running at $5 a pop. do you mind recommending me one? I checked ebay and the prices are all relatively similar but I just don't know what exactly I'm looking for. I pretty much just need a card reader to be able to transfer downloaded preset files, and maybe stills - does that constitute the need for a 23-in-1 usb card reader, like the one below?

i had one of those multi card readers and it broke. just stick to a sd card reader and you'll be fine.

I just watched your videos... man! I am right next door to you ppl, well almost. I live in Temecula/Murrieta. So seeing a video of about something close to home is awesome. Hope your wifes' aunt place is coming together fine. Otherwise very nice presentantion.
