How are you liking the Takumar? Is there a big difference between the SMC and the Super?

Are you refering to in stills mode? cuz that i just tried out and indeed it got up to 8000...flipped over to video and its back to 4000.

The difference with the SMC version is how it deals with lens flares i believe....but u have to ask Chris Watsom about that...he seems to know the vintage lenes well

The T2i is lighter and more plasticky. Sometimes less heavy can be a disadvantage for video, but for photography less weight is often better.

Very true but with a heavy lens and a battery grip you get a nice bulky, charming looking and heavy cam

So i got my 7D Monday. I love it so far. It will take alot of getting use to, i owned a T1i for a brief time, boy this thing is a heck of a bunch different. Whats the best editing program i can get for it? I have Edius right now for my video editing.
