GH4 Which Metabaones SpeedBooster CanonEF/GH4

Just about to drop the Mastercard on a MetaBones Speedbooster for Canon EF to GH4. It's not 100% clear which one is the best match.
There's the Canon EF to MFT SpeedBooster (MB_SPEF_M43-BM1) and the Canon to EF MFT Speedbooster S (MB_SPEF_M43-BM2)
What is the difference?

As an ultra wide alternative to a Panasonic 7-14 on the GH4, does the Metabones EF Speedbooster play nicely with the Canon EF 8-15?
This would be handy as I still shoot stills projects on Canon 5DIII & 1D MkIV, and the EF 8-15 would then be useable on both systems.
Has anyone hooked up the 8-15 to the GH4?
