which FCP needed to edit P2?

hi all,

i have FCP 5.1.4...can use this to edit with footage shot on panasonic 170?
or do i need a newer version?

i'm on a macbook 2 ghz core duo with 2 gb of ram...i recently posted asking if this was ok--seems like it will be.
 
Yup...that'll be fine. Just need to use the camera to connect to the computer to offload the cards. Or get a P2 Gear or 5 card reader.
