Where is my p2 card!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I'm pretty laid back but pretty upset today. I purchased a 32gig p2 card from studio-exchange. It was sent UPS and it got here pretty fast. But the UPS left it on the porch. I'm sorry if I send you anything over $400.00 it has to have a signature. They sent a $1500.00 piece of hardware without needing to be signed.

So now I'm sitting here without a P2 card. I was at school and work didn't get home until 9:00pm. Package shows it arrived at 2:17 PM . Some punk kid probaly took it and threw it away when he saw it wasn't a video game.

Anyone else have a Experience like that?
 
If you haven't signed for it, it is still UPS's responsibilty to get it to you. Call them.

Dude that is the worst...I've had it happen before and magically my package was their the next day...once someone realized they had no need for step up rings.
 
They left my HVX on my front step while I was out. Came home to find it sitting there for all to see.
Glad I have honest neighbors. :)
 
Yeah man what's up with these shipping companies. I just got an 8gb P2 card and it was sent via the Post Office using their Express Service. My stuff got delayed in Texas by a storm and they didn't know where my package was at for a day. They have a horrible tracking system. At least UPS is up t0-date with their shipping. if the store insured it then ups will have to eat it. however, this involves filing a claim and waiting weeks. if the store didn't insure it, then ups will only pay up to $100
 
Remember that its the company who shipped and insured that deals with UPS on insurance, not the recipient.

The customer still has a right to promptly receive what was ordered.

That's some good info there and stated should get them to deal with you squarely and have it sent right out to you.
