When will the movies be available to watch?

I want to have a watching party Saturday but I have a feeling the movies won't be up...

Please let me know!!
 
I gotta say, Larry has been turning the viewing cycle out right quick these past few fests. it used to take a week back in the day to get the films all organized, nowadays Larry can set up the fest in about 15 minutes after the deadline hits. No pressure Larry!
 
With this storm coming in (we're looking at 7-12" of wet snow)... I'm hoping I'll still have power so I can watch the films.
Talk about "Grid Down"!
 
You guys don't have yours yet? Larry sent me a zip file with all of the videos. I must say, great job, everyone. Great stuff, indeed!
 
I'm working on getting the viewing online as quick as I can. Except for about 2 hours last night when I took my girl out to dinner I've been sitting in front of this computer, for all of you :P

I'm trying to alleviate as many of the issues before I go live as I can ... trying anyway.

Speaking of which ... as many of you know, the first couple days after viewing opens are generally problematic. While we do have several servers set up as mirrors, they are still just a couple servers. So trying to accomodate downloading of the zips, the individual films, and streaming from all of you at once is a bit taxing on the systems. I will continue to try to improve the system each time, and trying to bring additional servers online as I can, but please be patient the first couple days.

If you get errors on downloading, or don't get a complete file, try again. Usually its due to the server throttling access with so much activity hitting at once. After the first couple of days it generally calms down and everything works as expected.

All that to say, I know you are all excited about watching the films, and you should be; but asking that you be patient and understanding as I continue to work on improving the system.
