What's wrong with Magic Bullet and DVX Book offer?

Thanks for you post, even though it sounds like you didn't have anything to add. Next time you try for the witty comeback, give it more thought.

What can anyone tell me about ACB? I had to deal with they today for another product rebate, and I talked to a real person. Could it be the Panasonic rep at this company that can't keep up with there workload?

Now have someone at ACB helping, but still no tracking number.

I picked up my DVX a few weeks ago, filled out the online rebate forms and haven't heard anything back since....... Then again I've been way too busy shooting with this awesome camera to have the time to think about it.
I was just glad to find someone who finally had them in stock. Not having the camera was what was slowing me down, the rest is just fluff. But that's just my opinion.

OK, if it's new news you want, I'll share what I was told. Just so you understand up front, I talked to someone at ACB, but not Veronica. But I was told they are still waiting for a CD from Panasonic. Nothing has shipped, so no tracking number. If anyone knows different, please correct me.

I look at it like this: I bought the camera, the rebate check and the book was a bonus. I would of bought the camera without the rebate and book offer anyway.
 
I checked my rebate status and the process date is 04/05/2007 and the status shows check in process. I have not received either my check or software and book to this day. I know rebates take awhile to get but when should I start to worry.

I gave it 10 weeks, an I know it will happen but when? Like I stated before I'm not a patient person, still working on it! The big thing for me was making promises to people based on what I was told. I'll make go on my word, just going to cost me. Lesson lerned.

This post above is all B S. First of all they don't SHIP your check, they mail it. Told, told by who? And when you say your book, you mean book, DVD and software?? An when exactly did you buy this camera, that you still get a check? O' Ya and since you don't need the CHECK, or anything else, I know a really good charity you can donate to. Let me know.

Veronica Burks has been very helpful. She responded to my voicemail about the status of my check the very next day by email .She stated "It will be a couple more weeks before it will be mailed out as it is in the final processing stages". This email was received on April. 26, 2007. I received my rebate check on May. 19, 2007. On May. 20, 2007 I sent Veronica an email asking if she new when I might be receiving the dvx book/dvd and the magic bullet software. She responded on May. 22, 2007 and stated "We are checking on this and hopefully will have it shipped next week". She has done a great job so far.
 
I tried emailing the address supplied on the rebate page (vburks@acbcoop.com) and received a delivery failure notice from hotmail stating that address no longer exists. The others I sent weeks before this went through but were never replied to. Any information on this?

It took 5 months to arrive and I don't even have the DVX anymore and already have Magic Bullet on my computer.
