Hello Fellow Canonites!!!!

I came across a guy who is selling his camera lens and wants me to make him an offer for the lens'.

I have purchased my FD lens off Ebay so I can only base my offer on the ones I see on Ebay. He claims that all of the lens are in excellent shape and are made by Canon (unless otherwise specified). Can anyone tell me what a decent price is for each lens would be?

if those are FD, you'll have problems using them in modern canon DSLRs: you'll need either an adaptor with a glass element that kills your IQ, or a weird modded adaptor that somehow protrudes into the body of the camera - if you plan to use them for M43 or NEX, then FD is a great idea

Those are all FD/FL mount lenses, and useless for a Canon APS-C mount DSLR. Fine glass, but useless on a EOS mount camera.

Walk away.

Agreed, they don't look great on APS-C via adapters and no IQ just doesn't make sense if you have such a great camera body like a t2i/60d/7d...its best to take advantage of all of the EOS capabilities. M4/3 is another story though, you will get phenomenal results and its easier to pull focus on the GH1/GH2 screens for some reason, even if the LCD may actually have less pixels (but not viewfinder).

Except for the last two, each one is worth at least $100- on the market, you can check ebay just as well as anyone else.
