What razor does everyone use?

You call those razors? THIS is a razor.

I swear it s the closest shave possible.

Here's my whole regime (or my scene from American Psycho):

Every day use on Face:

Then the shave:
First the buff... only a little and only over the beard:

Then the oil -- again, sandalwood:

But Prince Charles uses the 1805... so ...

Then... it's been a frustration for deodorant -- kheils makes some great stuff... but I keep going back to my Jack Black. Also -- Jack Black has some AMAZING loations... And I also use some Anthony eye cream product... but that stuff doesn't work.

Anyway -- yes, it takes about 3 hours to shower.

Well...my process is kind of long and tiresome...but it works.

1) dip your face in boiling water to open up your pores a bit.

2) Cut any hairs over 2" with scissors or a butter knife (whichever hurts less)

3) Then lay a 4' x 4' piece of Aluminum Foil down below you.

4) Proceed to cover the foil with a layer of 3FG GOEX Black Powder.

5) Cover all the parts of your head and face that you don't want "removed" with strips of duct tape.

6) (DO THIS STEP OUTSIDE) Now, carefully place your face about 2 feet over the foil, and quickly drop a match onto it.

This process always works for me, and it is definitely the best hair removal process. Be careful taking off the duct tape though, sometimes that hurts. Good luck!

(I use a schick quatro)

Same as Brandon.

A Mach 3 I got issued in the army back in 2002, damn those blades are pricy though.
Too cheap and not wimp enough for cream, I just use water. :costumed-smiley-047

Bart: "That's not a knife, that's a spoon."

Australian Man: "Oh, well, I see you've played knifey spoony before."

Oh, and Mach 3 all the way, blades are too damn expensive though, Nivea Shave Gel and Aftershave...straight to the shower.

I use a Motorola RAZR, but it sucks at keeping my skin smooth as a baby's bottom.

Nawwww... I use a Schick Quattro. I feel you can never have enough sharp blades next to your jugular. :)

I use razors from Sam's Club and stuff too... 3 bladed razors. i have used a straight razor as well. thats fun ;)

LOL Brilliant. :)

Many famous and successful directors sport the facial hair.... just grow it out and have the directors beard. i.e.: George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, Peter Jackson, Francis F. Coppola, and those are just the obvious ones.....

Fight the system and don't shave. Be like cat stevens.

I've been using that Gillette M3 Power razor that vibrates. It's the best that I've used, but if my skin isn't 'primed' for shaving, I'll leave a mess of blood.

I use the mach 3 as well, But ya gotta go out to your water heater, turn it up a notch. (no kidding) makes the hot water go around in the morning to everyone. But the hotter the better with the water, let your razor sit in it while you lather up. Keep the hot water running. while rinsing the razor.
Fresh razors always work best. (of course) I use one for probably 5 uses before I trash it.

My wife comes home one day with this friggin fusion razor. 4 blades plus one on the back for under the nose... It only works for a couple of shaves. I think the blades are just too thin.

cant stand electric razors. They leave a rash or something on me.

I'm all about the vibrating Mach3 with a this blue Gillette shave gel that actually stays as a gel (doesn't foam like most others.) That's the best shave ever, but I did try going back to a 3 blade disposable razor one while I was down in New Orleans this past month and I gotta say, I think my face has gotten too used to the vibrating goodness cause that other one just tore my skin up. Long story short I didn't shave for a week and came home lookin' pretty nasty, but I guess gutting hurricane thrashed houses for a week probably helped with that look too ;-)
Peace,

LOL I hate to be this guy, but I keep looking for the part about the DVX or

Ok.... Here you go. Shaving with the DVX doesnt work, but it will make you feel closer to your equipment.

I tried that, but I am also a ref, and my whistle gets caught in my moustache and that hurts...bad. It's a bizarre thing too, since I have moved to this area (Quad Cities) I get dry skin BUT I still have oily skin??? So I have oily skin that gets flaky in some places...like when I first start growing facial hair.

Why do you 'hate to be me'? Maybe I'm a cyborg with grafted skin and I don't understand it...

If it helps I can video tape the entire process and show you the agitated parts on my neck and set it to some Fat Boy Slim or Prodigy or something. :Drogar-Evil(DBG):

Thanks everyone though!

So what I got is more blades doesn't make it better and Captain M has a OCD of shaving. :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

You guys get cut up shaving? I think i only cut myself like...4 times since I started shaving which was almost 7 months ago.

I use a single blade Bic, Gillette cream, and Shop Rite brand after shave with no probs. You guys seem like you go through torture by shaving every morning.
