What nonlinair software programe can handel 24f?

Adobe Premiere pro 2.0 came out with an update in late june that allows the capture and editing of 24f footage however not the print to tape of this footage (many people are beggining to back up their hdv on hard disks anyway becasue of the stability space saving and cheapness of it) However I dont know if you will actually want to edit native hdv since it isn't robust enough to for good color correcting or fast motion effects.

I'm pretty sure EDIUS 4.0 can handle 24F, can't it?

For Mac/FCP.
Use DVHSCap to record the M2T file. Then use MPEG Streamclip to convert the files to whatever codec you choose. It also removes the 3:2 pulldown.
