Wth. I've drank many a beer playing this one in a bar band.

How's life in Chinada, Gord?
That's funny, considering the band posted the videos, but that's Warner Music for ya.

Two fans got around it, one by running Whip It backwards (sounds oddly similar to forwards, what does that say about Devo?)

Another by putting Beethoven (!?) under the images of Devo's It's a Beautiful World...

Don't know which is stranger...

lol. I can't think of any politically correct jokes right now that doesn't involve waving a Canadian flag while wearing an upsidedown stir fry pan on top of my head and singing something like " ..." well, no, I can't go there.

Juuuuusst watched that. Listened to it actually while I was typing this.
Yeah, huh. You can sort of hear the tag lines in there.
At least I guess I'm lucky here in Chinada that I got to even hear much.

I was never a big Beethoven fan. I always liked Bartok.
But that wasn't bad I must I say. Maybe one of beete's better ones. But yeah, Bartok always had a better instrumentality thing happening.

Appreciate the post man.
Thanks.
-Gord.

OK Gord, in lieu of the stir fry pan... make a Chinadian flag!!! (yellow star meets maple leaf?)
If I was any good at Photoshop, I would, but that can be your Saturday night project!!! lol!!!

^heheheheh. Maybe another night then, hehehe.

4:30 am here. Fininising off a bottle of wine. Can't sleep.

Pink Floyd: Keep Talking. Originally from the Division Bell album.
I thought it might be appropriate for a board in a 4am-and-a-bottle-of-wine kind of way.

Otherwise, I'm listening to the entire album (over and over again). Man, where in the hell was I in 87' that I missed this album?
(oops, '92, sorry. Sigh. I know where I was then but I still missed this album. anyhoo...)

Next day, er, same day, after a short nap ;)

Division Bells, still.
'Lost for Words'.

Didn't quite catch that one before. What a great album.

Amorphis-House of Sleep.

I like how the piano is integrated into the heavy sound.
This is the kind of band I would have liked to have been a part of.

Holy poo poo. It's alive.

//Stonesour: Say You'll Haunt Me: Good song. I like the kick. It must sound good on a good stereo.

...

Faces: Stay with Me.

The 'first' real rock 'album' I ever bought post Beatles. 13/14 yr's old I was then.
Although I think I had the Alice Coopers 'Schools Out' 45 about the same year.

Still have the original LP. Great album cover btw. Ron Woods, Rod Stewart, before they became famous.
