what adapter do I need for Zeiss prime lenses for 7D???

Just received my Canon 7D today and discovered that none of my Zeiss or Nikon prime lenses fit.

So what adapter do I need for these lenses to fit on my 7D???

they make canon eos -> nikon adapters, like 10 bucks on ebay

as for zeiss, depends on the mount but for the cine ones you have to get your 7d made specially to use them

I use both Nikon and Zeiss lenes on my T2i and 60D. For Nikon you can use these.

As for Zeiss, they come in a few different mounts, M42, Contax Yashica as well as many of the other modern mounts. Once you know what mount your Zeiss has, you can look it up on the Ebay stores of the sellers I listed above.
 
HI Eheath and Marc. Thank you both for your feedback. Marc, I actually purchased the Zeiss ZF primes for a Nikon D700 a few years ago. Will my Zeiss ZF primes fit the 7D or do I therefore need a Zeiss to Canon adapter? I just purchased a Novoflex Nikon to Canon adapter. How would you rate Novoflex? Sorry, I purchased before I read your reply. Thanks in advance.

Zeiss ZF is Nikon mount, so a simple Nikon->EOS adapter will work.

I have never used Novoflex, though. The $15 Kawa adapter in Mark's first link is what I use on my pre-AI Nikon primes, and it works very well.
 
I have heard good things about Novoflex. Plus, in reality all the adaptor is is a small ring of metal.

and yes, that one adaptor will work with all of your lenses. Of course, if you don't want to bother with the adaptor, you can just give me the zeiss set :P
