I moved to Canada last year so I could live in a property I own. Bought a 3 bedroom duplex about 8 years ago here for my mother in law to move into. Best investment ever as it's now worth more than twice what I paid for it. My mortgage is 600 dollars a month. The mother in law moved in with her boyfriend, which is great. Plan on selling next year, making a very sweet profit and rolling that into a bigger house. But even right now I got more living space for less than half of what I was paying in rent in Los Angeles. And a sweet home theater!

That light has more significance then 99.999% of the people on this board realize (for now)...
Everybody that comes over says the same thing though... but I like how video gear looks... and when I need something I just pack it up for a gig then put it back, right out in the open when I'm done with it.

LOL...I saw a movie in the Beverly Center in Los Angeles once that had a screen about this size. That's only about half my space. I don't have a wide enough camera lens to get more, but there's another sofa behind those 2 chairs.

What, no "private theatre" seating...?
Not that rich yet, those seats are expensive!!! And don't have quite the space anyway. Besides, I'd get so damn comfortable in one of those chairs I'd probably relieve myself without even knowing it.
