Am I the only single guy living in a shared house? Do you guys live in mansions and penthouses or really flash apartments like in Friends?

I dream of owning my own house, never gunna happen unless I get a part in Avatar 2 or something, or win the lottery.
 
I'm in a 3 story condo with two other roommates. Not too bad. My worst was 8 people in a 3 bedroom house in the middle of Los Angeles. Holy crap was it crowded. But it was an amazing time and a lot of fun. Never again though... never again.
 
I live in a house with my parents (I'm 18).

I hate the idea of renting, so when I move out I'll be looking for a small house or an RV.

i'm sharing an "apartment" with a friend. Its actually a room above a garage and if you flush the toilet you have to wait 45 minutes before there will be any water pressure for the shower. The heater never works. There are giant silverfish(a bug I never knew existed). In winter you can see your breath.

lol how did that tree fall on your house? Too much rain?
 
Too much rain combined with very high winds caused numerous trees to go down in our town. It happened back in March.

I lived in a house once in Colorado with like 10-12 people. Like you said, never again. Never again.
 
So sorry to be late to this thread. The helicopter that usually takes me from one end of the estate to the other, broke down! Can you imagine? I had to take a car. Anyway, after that ordeal I went to take a dump, and ran out of toilet paper. So I had to wipe my ass with $100 bills. I was out of $500 bills. I tell you, it was humiliating.

I sure was happy to wash away the pain in my solid gold shower-3D-home-theater SUV. And a little nookie with the team of pro cheer-leaders I keep on staff didn't hurt either.

What was the question?

I'm in a pretty new two bedroom, two bath condo on the 21st floor, all by my lonesome. Sliver of an ocean view.

But airfare to L.A. is no joke, hahaha...
