Hey did anybody else notice that the lotto host is using a light saber to skewer the individual lotto balls? Man in boring ole' Missouri the damn things just fall into a tube!:(
 
You said it was posted. I would think there would be a thread about that in the zombiefest section with a sticky. I had no idea there was a time limit. I just now today finished watching all the movies and taking notes and scoring them only to find out it's to late. Oh well, at least I voted on about 15 out of the 79.
 
All my spare time went to watching zombie movies not reading threads. But I do keep a lookout for new threads. Well if I'm the only one to not know about the deadline. My Bad! Yes I do have them written down but fortunately for me I voted on the ones I liked the best.
 
This might have been covered before but I'll ask anyways. Will we know exactly what our film ranked in the contest or averaged in score? i.e.: "such and such's" average score is a 6.7. That would be cool if we could see what number our film ranked out of the 79. If you guys are too tired (Which I wouldn't blame you), you can send the list to me and I'll make my little brother type it up.
 
Voting was pretty good, and there was only a few cheaters. The Films will be ordered on the DVD in the order they came in the contest.. so you can get an idea how you placed.

I've still got them all on my hard drive, but I'm sure they're still all on the server as well (where we originally downloaded them from).

Jarred, how the order placement of our films on the DVD also depends on who sends in their shorts ... I'm assuming there are several that won't have sent their stuff in, but still ranked higher than mine in the voting.

What kind of "cheating" did you catch? Ranking only a certain film high & giving everything else bad scores, or multiple votes on the same film (i.e. clearing out their cookies to revote)?

The only thing I could think of was that the same person would log on as different users, but you had to have 100 posts to vote and they can tell when something's coming from the same address. Maybe that's it, which is why they got caught -- or maybe its the cookey thing -- would have never thought of that; that's too hacker for me. Other than that I guess you could give your film a 10 and everyone esle a 1, which wouldn't be cheating per se, just suckass.

It would be kind of a downer, except that my reaction is simmilar to Lyon's about the fest in general and the announcement tomorrow -- now what should I wear to the awards gala. Last year disjecta and I both wore the same Versace gown off the rack -- that's NOT going to happem again this year -- quel embarrasing!
