Struggling with Sony Vegas 10...trying to get the file size down to around 100mb on a 6 minute timeline. 250mb just won't cut it.

Anyone out there have some settings assistance??

it's been a long time since i've used vegas personally...

but, what settings are you currently trying to use?

what codec, resolution, and bitrate? also, check your audio format as well... it can gobble up a lot of your file size unnecessarily

If you use H.264 compression, 1280x720 at 2000kb/s you should be good to go. My film is a few frames short of six minutes and I got 76MB at 1600 kb/s and 96MB at 2000kb/s with a good looking file at both rates.
