Villain Fest 2011 - Submission Status

If there's any fixes to mine I can't do them until Sunday because I'm going out of town to see the last space shuttle launch. I did check over all the rules though and it followed all the guidelines...
 
Don't worry, mine was sandwiched by two that had been approved on the last fest. It was then approved. You're probably fine.
 
Looks like the wrong link got uploaded for V656 as it points to the forum in gereal not the film thread.
 
Huzzah! Upload worked. I had to ride all the way to work to get it to work though, how on earth did it know?? I'm going to unplug my Web cam, it's just too spooky.

How long does it typically take to upload a 100mb file? I've been staring at the "Upload in progress; please wait. Do not close this window." message for about an hour. I have a nice fast cable connection too. Should I stop and try again?

depends on your internet connection's upload speed... you can go to speedtest.net to run a speed test. the 2nd thing will be your upload speed.... most people have an upload speed that is far slower than their download speed...

Not sure if your re-uploaded or not, but i just watched it here, and it played fine for me on VLC player... also, working fine in the embedded playback at the moment...
 
I'm happy to be a part of yet another great fest. I uploaded in the final 15 minutes, finally got my act together after 4 months of procrastination.
 
17 ain't bad folks, 17 ain't bad at all. And I have to say, back when there were 50 entries, i always thought half of them were on the weak-sauce side. I think the quality of fellow filmmakers has gone up even though the quantity has gone down.
