Yeah, that is my experience too.

Seeming like Canon’s power specs of 30w draw may be more complicated than that?

Looking like I'll go for a 2x IDX and a charger if I can find a package deal somewhere.

Unfortunate that there's no way to hot swap when the EU-V2 is attached. I'll definitely be using that most of the time.

Might also invest in getting a few more BP A60 batteries.
