AC90: V-lock batteries on AC90 Anyone done it?

Hi all

Looking to move to V-lock batteries (IDX) on an AC90 has anyone else tried it? Any solutions, or tips?

Using the solution for over a year now and it is great working on a tripod as we can work for a day (or three) with no mains power to the camera or needing to charge batteries. Great for conferences where you want to plug into the house audio as there is no earth loop from the mains

Also with a DTAP extension cable I can use the V-lock plate and batteries on a belt with a "cowboy" shoulder brace. which is good for news and documentary work where space is tight and you need to be hand held and steady for 2 minutes at a time on interviews and then having to move quickly for the next one up the hall.

The resultant investigation shows that the P-V257 V-Mount Plate and the C-PANCP2 DC Cable work with the following Panasonics
