Yes, the canon dslr image is a little bit soft while GH2 is tack sharp

To make Canon DSLR image sharper you can apply the Unsharp Mask filter
The best settings I found, maximum amount without hurting the image was:

80 / 1,2 / 0

these settings makes Canon DSLR sharper and better looking image
it removes the image blur without increasing aliasing or moire
it can be used in 1080p or in 720p

Threshold set to zero? You'll find this often sharpens your noise more than is desirable. Read up on unsharp masking and what the "threshold" setting does... usually a setting of 2 to 4 will prevent noise from being locked onto and enhanced- even in large stills.

I don't imagine there's a "best" setting overall - seems like what's best for a specific shot, sequence or project could change often. And things like warp sharp and smart sharpen are pretty cool, often better for a given shot than unsharp mask.

Thank you about warp sharp and smart sharp advice. I would like to know wich windows editing softwares have these filters?
